Intimate (just a couple of dozen guests), perfectly formed (a rectangular space with a 12-seat black granite bar), and upscale (in both décor and location), Amaro Bar serves brilliantly conceived and well-executed riffs on classic cocktails, delivered with five-star hotel standards and service.
Signature creations such as the delicious Tomato Bamboo (with mezcal, fino sherry, dry vermouth, tomato liqueur and celery bitters) sit alongside a list of classic cocktails made with vintage spirits and liqueurs.
Small plates, including hummus, charcuterie, cheese boards, and focaccia with olive oil, are tasty grazing options to accompany yet another round of cocktails.
