Run by owner and head bartender Robin Nie, Bar toast is an independent, highly rated, intimate speakeasy-style cocktail bar located in the heart of Dali Gucheng (Dali Old Town), located among the historic streets lined with traditional Bai-style buildings.
Robin Nie says, "At Bar toast, we have a biological allergy to industrialized, mass-produced prep ingredients. Instead, we obsess over tearing down and rebuilding flavors from scratch, bridging local terroir with hardcore mixology techniques."
