Located in the 5 star Vìu Hotel near Porta Garibaldi, Michelin starred Chef Giancarlo Morelli has created two different concepts in one: the Bulk Mixology Food & Bar and the fine dining Morelli Restaurant.

"Bulk" takes its name from the previous club which occupied the same site and features a cocktail bar, open kitchen, old military tables, modern designed objects, puppet collections and 1960s armchairs.

In the summer, the outdoor roof space, complete with swimming pool, is the place to be. Whatever the season, Friday and Saturday evenings are driven by a DJ set, while on Sundays you can enjoy a tasty brunch in the finest American tradition.

Cocktails here are tasty and brilliantly presented with Bar Manager, Ivan Patruno, ensuring consistently high standards.
