This Dutch outpost of Mr Lyan sits to the left of, and is connected to, the Kimpton De Witt Hotel, smack in central Amsterdam. The pink, neon-lit horseshoe-shaped bar that greets you is part of a bold interior style that juxtaposes modern and traditional elements.
As you'd expect from the Lyan family, the cocktails push boundaries but are flawlessly executed and simply but elegantly presented.
