Chris McMillian and his wife Laura are two of the best-known characters in the New Orleans bar scene. Indeed, Chris is one of the city's most regarded bartenders and over the decades his talent and hospitality has made whichever bar he has been working in a must visit. Finally, in September 2015 the couple opened Revel, their own café and bar, with their son as chef.
