The team behind La Descarga and Harvard & Stone outdid themselves with Pour Vous, a sexy Parisian-inspired lounge that opened in the Spring. With a unique focus on French spirits, the cocktail menu is divided into five categories: Apéritifs; Parfum aromatic and feminine; Potion, stirred and masculine; Santé, health-conscious; and Par Avion, inspired by historic French colonies.

A stand-out Santé cocktail is the Lapin Fou ("Silly Rabbit"): Poire Williams Eau de Vie, fresh carrot juice, fresh lemon juice, yellow chartreuse, ginger syrup and cane syrup. And from the Potions, a French version of the American Trilogy dubbed the Ménage à Trois: Calvados, cognac, Angostura Bitters, Regan's Orange Bitters and cane syrup. To pair with the cocktails, the stylish crowd indulges in a menu of oysters, cheeses and chocolate, while the low lighting, plush banquettes and glowing fireplace add to the sultry mood. The outdoor "smoking patio" is actually a vintage trolley car, an inspired design touch. Burlesque dancers perform aerial dances from an overhead birdcage, while DJs spin everything from jazz to thumping house. Dress to impress, because this is one party you don't want to miss.
