Great cocktail bars aren't necessarily found in great cities, and Cinquanta Spirito Italiano is a prime example. Opened in 2021 by Alfonso Califano in Pagani, a modest town between Naples and the Amalfi Coast, Cinquanta is a neighbourhood bar that's attracting international attention, "while remaining deeply rooted in its local community."
