Launched in October 2010, Wild Geese Golden Rum follows the successful range of The Wild Geese Irish whiskeys. Based on column still rum from Barbados and Trinidad with pot still rums from Jamaica, Guyana and St Lucia aged for up to five years in American oak ex-bourbon barrels.

Appearance:
Clear, pale golden.
Aroma:
Vanilla butterscotch and caramel with mild spice.
Taste:
Light bodied and very slightly sweet. Lightly spicy, buttery vanilla and butterscotch with tropical fruit.
Aftertaste:
Light cinnamon spice and chamois leather with apricot.
