Appearance:

Opaque, viscous off-white-yellow.

Aroma:

Vanilla custard with faint milk chocolate aromas.

Taste:

Thick creamy mouthfeel, with vanilla and cacao flavour - somewhat reminiscent of advocaat. Slightly sweet yet with a balancing bitter/black pepper notes.

Aftertaste:

Creamy vanilla custard with cracked black pepper bite.
