Pronounced 'She-Voo-Ha', this rye vodka is a contemporary reproduction of a 16th century Polish vodka – both in flavour and packaging. It was developed in 1996 by master vodka blender Elzbieta Goldynka to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Zielona Góra Distillery.

Siwucha is an unusually complex vodka. It is based on two quite different rectified rye grain spirits, which are blended and then subtly flavoured by an extraction of wild berry. The blend is matured in old oak casks for 30 days to allow the flavours to marry and the oak to faintly flavour and colour the vodka. It is then hydrated with water from Zielona Góra's own wells, packaged in an old-fashioned bottle and finished with a driven cork and a hand stamped wax seal.

Siwucha is not charcoal-filtered and has no added sugar or glycerine.
