Clear, pale straw yellow.
Aroma:
Faint sea saltiness, yeasty notes from the flor and fresh thyme sprigs.
Taste:
Light-bodied and bone dry with saltiness, thyme and mineral notes.
Aftertaste:
Long and dry with lingering salinity.
Overall:
A fino with distinct salinity from ageing near the sea.
