Bullenschluck is a bittersweet liqueur made according to a recipe created in 1948 by pharmacist Hans Dunker.

The recipe for Bullenschluck (which translates to 'swallowing bulls') has been passed down through generations in the Dunker family, who infuse the botanicals used to flavour their liqueur in a historic building.
