Ice is harvested by former cod fishermen from 12,000-year-old icebergs off the northeast coast of Newfoundland as they float south from the Canadian Arctic. This is melted and filtered, then blended with four-column distilled neutral spirits made from Canadian sweetcorn from Ontario.
The blend of melt water and corn spirit is left to marry for three days before being filtered through a series of charcoal pads prior to bottling in a unique bottle designed to resemble a chiselled piece of ice. Iceberg vodka was first launched in September 1995.

Crystal clear.
Lightly buttery, corn on the cob nose and icing sugar dusted croissant.
Clean, soft palate with buttery corn emerging mid-palate, together with underlying sweetness - faint confectioner's strawberry-like flavour and cracked black spirit bite.
Clean finish with aniseed and lingering sweetness.
