Launched early in February 2011, Fee Brothers Celery Bitters are made with "water, glycerin, flavours, natural celery flavour and other natural spice extracts and flavours." Shake bottle before using.

Appearance:

Cloudy milky green with oil platelets. (Shake well before use!)

Aroma:

Nam pla Thai fish sauce, garlic salt, celery salt, chicken stock cube, coriander seed, mace, lime zest essence and powdered white pepper with strong sage, onion stuffing mix and onions.

Taste:

Sweet and yet bitter with salty, white pepper, celery and cucumber.

Aftertaste:

Salt, lime cordial, white pepper and cocktail onions.

Overall:

Fee Brothers Celery Bitters work well in a Bloody Mary.
