Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Earthy campfire ash with green bell pepper, white pepper and basil.

Taste:

Chewy, woody smoke and herbaceous minerality with cinnamon and clove spice, citrus freshness and roasted salted nuts.

Aftertaste:

Earthy and smoky with lingering salted hazelnut.

Overall:

There's an attractive, full-bodied, chewy meatiness to this generously flavoured, earthy and smoky mezcal.
