Aivy White is Swedish wheat based vodka flavoured with essence of pear, strawberry and mint. Pronounced, ‘eye-vee’, when originally conceived in Franska Bukten, Sweden it was to be called ‘Ivy’ but concerns Swedish mispronunciation led to the present name which we doubt many Brits could pronounce.
