Flor de Caña, literally 'sugarcane flower' in Spanish, is a Nicaraguan rum distilled from molasses and aged in oak casks for four years.

The logo on the bottle neck depicts a railway with palm trees on either side, which stretches into the horizon and the middle of three montains. This was inspired by the railroad and palm trees that lead to the San Antonio sugar mill in Chichigalpa, Nicaragua, where the Flor de Caña rum is produced. The volcanic mountain in the centre is the San Cristobal volcano, the tallest in Nicaragua.
