Produced in small, individually numbered batches, Glenfiddich 18 Year Old includes 18-20% ex-oloroso sherry cask aged whisky in the blend which is married in wooden tuns for at least three months prior to bottling.

Appearance:

Clear, deep golden amber.

Aroma:

Vanilla custard powder, buttery shortcrust pastry, apple pie filling, honey and sherry with dried apricot and orange zest.

Taste:

Cinnamon and gingerbread spice, honey, sherry and cocoa with dried fruit sweetness balanced by dry sawn oak.

Aftertaste:

Lingering cinnamon spice, honey, ginger, mince pies, raisins and candied orange zest. Lingering chocolate malt.

Overall:

Starts with enticing vanilla custard powder on the nose and ends with lingering chocolate malt, along the way delivering sherry, dried fruit and dry spicy oak.
