Named after one of the pioneer distillers who was making whiskey in the late 1700s and later known as ‘Old Grand-Dad’, this 8 y.o. Kentucky straight Bourbon was introduced in 1992 in response to growing interest in ‘small-batch’ Bourbons. Basil Hayden shares the Old Grand-Dad high rye grain formula.

The lightest of the four Jim Beam small-batch Bourbons, BH’s palate may appeal to Canadian whisky fans. Tightly integrated flavours include buttery corn, honey, root ginger and tea - all lightly spiced with oaky vanilla.
