Made from Guignes, an ancient variety of sour cherries grown in the Loire's Anjou region, this Guignolet d'Anjou is made to a recipe created in Saumur at the end of the 17th century.

The cherries are macerated whole, core preserved, to offer delicate almond notes.

Enjoy chilled as an aperitif or as a cocktail ingredient.
