Founded in 2023 by Varun Sarna, Kaveri Ginger is ginger liqueur that takes its inspiration from Indian ingredients and flavours. Sarna developed the brand after stepping away from a career in law and discovering a passion for cooking.
Fresh cold-pressed ginger is the base ingredient, with jaggery, raw mango and Himalayan black salt. The liqueur is bottled unfiltered, helping retain the character and texture of its natural ingredients.
