This Jamaican white rum is made from fermented molasses and is a blend of pot and column distilled rums. Named after one ‘Black Jack Smatt’, a legendary seafaring pirate who once sailed Jamaican waters.

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Estery, vanilla ice-cream and caramel nose with a whiff of soft plastic food box.

Taste:

Cracked black pepper spirit bite and creamy vanilla palate.

Aftertaste:

Dry, cream of vanilla finish with lingering black pepper spice.
