A blend of rums made from the fermented molasses of sugar cane harvested in Cuba, distilled using column stills and aged for up to five years. The blend is then put back into casks prior to bottling so is said to be "double aged."

Clear, deep golden amber.
Tobacco, toasty oak, cinnamon, vanilla and honey with muscovado, espresso, zesty orange and cinnamon.
Light to medium-bodied. Elegant with a Demerara and vanilla richness set against dry oak, cinamon, espresso, cocoa and crème caramel.
Long, lightly spicy finish with sweet honey and vanilla, dry toasty oak, cinamon, cocoa and crème caramel.
Very characterful and yet mellow with rich honeyed vanilla perfectly balancing dry oak, cinnamon and burnt crème caramel.
