Appearance:

Clear, transparent. (Does not louche when water is added.)

Aroma:

Clean, pungent aniseed with fennel aromas.

Taste:

Very sweet, one-dimensional clean aniseed with spirit notes going some way towards balancing sugar.

Aftertaste:

Cleansing, aniseed finish.
