Made with wild strawberries and mara variety strawberries by the Merlet family who deservedly have something of a reputation for their macerated fruit liqueurs. Gilles Merlet was one of the regions pioneers in the 1970’s.

Appearance:
Clear, burgundy red.
Aroma:
Intense jammy, overripe strawberry and strawberry jelly.
Taste:
Rich and intense. Stawberry jelly with overripe strawberry coulis. Balanced by acidity.
Aftertaste:
Lingering berry acidity.
