Appearance:

Clear, pale golden.

Aroma:

Orange blossom honey and citrus zest with white pepper spice. Faint smouldering wood smoke.

Taste:

Honeyed sweetness, vanilla and zesty orange with lemon, ginger, clove, cinnamon and black pepper spice. Subdued bourbon and milk chocolate.

Aftertaste:

Zesty lemon and orange with warm cinnamon and black pepper spice.

Overall:

Perhaps more citrusy and orange curacao-like than "honey", Evan Williams Honey is sweet but not cloyingly so, with ginger, clove, cinnamon and black pepper spice.
