Wokka Fusion is a blend of vodka with an infusion of sake and Asian fruit essence. Prior to July 2008, this was known as Wokka Saki.
Rectified wheat grain spirit is redistilled in a 400l stainless steel pot still known as ''Tom Thumb' at Thames Distillery in London. The resulting spirit is then blended with 20% Japanese honjozo-shu sake and a touch of fruit essence.
The label claims inspiration from 'the snow monsters of Mt. Zao'. These are giant conifer trees on the slopes of Mount Zao in Japan that are covered with ice during winter and form distorted shapes that stick out of the frozen landscape.
