Appearance:

Clear, light coppery orange with no head to speak of.

Aroma:

Clean, aromatic root ginger with faint cracked black pepper.

Taste:

Slightly sweet, gently ginger with light pepper, clove spice and zesty lemon. Lacks feisty ginger bite.

Aftertaste:

Lingering sweet, brown sugary finish with faint ginger.
