This traditional aromatic Italian aperitivo is flavoured with Chinese rhubarb root. Nardini recommend mixing equal parts of Rabarbaro, Rosso and soda to make a Mezzo-Mezzo. Alternatively they suggest combining with Nardini Bitter and soda.

Clear, deep tawny brown with bronze highlights.
Vegetal toffee with smoky bacon, liquorice and barbeque sauce.
Slight sweetness balances dry smoky oak with vegetal notes and mild bitterness.
Lightly bitter and spiced with notes of vegetables, liquorice and caramelised fruit. Heavier in style than Zucca, the leading rabarbaro brand.
