Distilled from fermented molasses in the Dominican Republic, this golden rum is aged in American oak ex-bourbon barrels for undisclosed period before being married in what the producers describe as a “10-year solera system”.

Clear, golden amber.
Cinnamon, nutmeg and black pepper with dark muscovado sugar, crème brûlée, crème caramel, café latte and vanilla.
Vanilla fudge, caramel, coffee, café latte, crème brûlée, nutmeg and black pepper.
Espresso coffee, vanilla, milk chocolate, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Lightly spicy. Flavours of cinnamon, nutmeg and black pepper, with milky chocolate, vanilla, crème caramel, crème brûlée, café latte and a touch of espresso.
