Review and Tasting

Sampled on 08/11/2010

Appearance:

Clear, amber.

Aroma:

Creamy butter, butterscotch, dried tropical fruit, the merest hint of fresh sweet mint oil and a note I liken to swimming pool.

Taste:

On the light side of medium-bodied. Slightly oily with honeyed fruit, toasted coconut, vanilla, caramel sauce.

Aftertaste:

Toffee, butterscotch fading to peppered vanilla.
