A five-year-old rum made from spirit produced in an Enmore two-column wooden still - the world’s oldest operating Coffey still at the famous Diamond Distillery on the east bank of the mighty Demerara River, just six degrees off the equator in Guyana’s tropical heat.

Creamy butter, butterscotch, dried tropical fruit, the merest hint of fresh sweet mint oil and a note I liken to swimming pool.
On the light side of medium-bodied. Slightly oily with honeyed fruit, toasted coconut, vanilla, caramel sauce.
Toffee, butterscotch fading to peppered vanilla.
