This Lebanese arak is distilled three times from Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Obeidi grape varieties. Anis seeds are added to the last distillation and the distillate matured for two years prior to bottling.

Appearance:
Crystal clear (louches/turns cloudy with addition of water).
Aroma:
Clean aniseed and mineral nose.
Taste:
Richly flavoured aniseed palate with pronounced bitterness.
Aftertaste:
Dry, slightly bitter finish with lingering aniseed.
