Domaine Charbay is a small distillery atop Spring Mountain in California's Napa Valley, owned and operated by the Karakasevic Family. They distil their vodka from American Midwest corn and wheat four times through a stainless steel column and do not charcoal filter.

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Very subtle, mineraly, grainy nose with a whiff of cream of soda and children's balloon rubber.

Taste:

The clean, minerally palate has a very oily mouthfeel with subtle vanilla, aniseedy grain flavours.

Aftertaste:

Soft and short lightly peppered finish with faint bready aniseed.
