Launched at Whisky Live in February 2010, Glenfiddich Rich Oak is aged 14 years in first fill ex-bourbon casks before first being finished for six weeks in new American oak casks and then finished for a further six weeks in new European oak casks.

Appearance:

Clear, golden amber.

Aroma:

Spicy oak, vanilla, freshly sawn wood and dried fruits, lemons, peaches and apricots with caramelised pear and gentle fragrant floral aromas.

Taste:

Rich vanilla sweetness, cooked apple, toasty new oak, creamy peach, zesty fruit and cinnamon spice.

Aftertaste:

Buttery vanilla and cinnamon and toasted oak.
