Review and Tasting

Sampled on 15/01/2015

Appearance:

Bright, light golden amber.

Aroma:

Apricot jam fruit with wafts of cigar tobacco, nubuck leather and rose petals.

Taste:

Light, mellow, fruity dried apricot, grapey palate with leather, vanilla and the merest hint of cracked black pepper.

Aftertaste:

Extremely light, fruity, linseed oil finish.

Overall:

Very mellow. Those who find ‘big’ cognacs hard going will love this contemporary cognac.
