Review and Tasting

Sampled on 03/03/2012

Appearance:

Slightly hazy, orange amber with thick off white head with good retention and heavy lacing.

Aroma:

Pungent, floral, citrusy hops - pink grapefruit and tangerine zest.

Taste:

Formidable pine resin and grapefruit zest oil bitterness is strangely palatable, even moreish with a little bready, caramel malt daring to stand up to the hop assault.

Aftertaste:

Long, pine and citrus zest finish with delightful lingering bitter orange zestyness.
