Appearance:

Clear, light burgundy red with a pink edge.

Aroma:

Fresh, chirpy, raspberry flavoured bubblegum nose with faint aromas of vanilla, white chocolate and mint leaves.

Taste:

Sweet but not cloying rich raspberry with faint amaretto flavours and a touch of citrus acidity and fruit tannins.

Aftertaste:

Fresh raspberry with slight fruit acidity and lingering sweet confectioner's vanilla and raspberry.
