Created by Lincoln Henderson from a blend of bourbons aged 4-6 years, and unusually with an additional 3-6 month finishing in ex-port casks. Bottled without chill-filtration.

Appearance:
Clear, golden amber.
Aroma:
Fresh minty aromas freshen a fudge and overripe banana cereal nose with dark berry fruit and vanilla.
Taste:
Mellow yet with rye spiciness. Overripe-near rotting banana and dried fruit chips with subtle sweetness, bitter cacao and distinctive port notes (easier to find when you know it's port finished). Lightly invigorating black pepper bite.
Aftertaste:
Fudge, maple and cacao finish with black pepper tingle. Lingering eucalyptus freshness.
