ISLA Ñ, pronounced 'En-Ye', is a single estate rum made with fermented molasses from Tucuman, a subtropical region of Argentina. The rum is distilled in Scottish copper stills and aged in charred French oak casks.

Appearance:
(LTE 070909) Clear, pale golden.
Aroma:
Pungent caramel, fudge and vanilla with leathery coconut, mocha coffee and balsawood.
Taste:
Sweet yet aggressive and butterscotch, fudge and cinnamon spice.
Aftertaste:
Buttery vanilla, fudge and black pepper.
