Appearance:

Slight haze, cleaned copper coin amber.

Aroma:

Obvious wine aromas with Peychaud's bitters spice, melon fruit and stewed plums.

Taste:

(diluted to approx. 40%) Slightly sweet, salty, watermelon fruity palate with clove fruit and wine tannins.

Aftertaste:

Strawberry and melon fruity notes fade to leave slight salty smokiness.
