Appearance:

Clear, deep coppery amber with medium, long lasting white head with heavy lacing.

Aroma:

Malty, toffee, caramel roast chestnuts and light clove spice.

Taste:

Slightly sweet malty caramel with light clove spice, rich muscovado sugar and a trace of berry fruitiness.

Aftertaste:

Brown sugar, molasses and light clove spice.
