Innovation was first brewed in January 2008 to celebrate the completion of Adnam's new energy efficient computer controlled ‘innovative’ brewery – one of the most advanced in the UK. Innovation is brewed with Otter barley and malted wheat, Styrian Goldings and Columbus hops.

Review and Tasting

Sampled before 1st May 2011

Appearance:

Clear, copper golden with medium off-white head.

Aroma:

Strongly hoped with pink grapefruit and orange zest.

Taste:

Forceful, full-bodied palate with dry grassy and pine hops, sour zesty grapefruit and herbal complexity.

Aftertaste:

Mouth drying hoppy finish with lingering bitter grapefruit flavours.
