Appearance:
(02-Sep-2012) Pale, burnished copper with minimal off-white head leaving a light lacing curtain.
Aroma:
Malty hay with herbal yeasty aromas reminiscent of soy sauce/Marmite and green apples.
Taste:
Heavily hopped yet strangely thin palate with faint notes of the soy sauce/Marmite from the nose.
Aftertaste:
Bitter pine resin hoppy finish.
