This bio-organic amber style beer is bottled without filtration and is made at Brasserie Ellezelloise (pronounced ‘El-Zel-Woz’) which is housed in a picturesque converted barn in the Belgium town of Ellezelles.

Appearance:

(BBD Nov-2012) Hazy, wet sand amber with thin off white head.

Aroma:

Newly baked bread with mild hop spice.

Taste:

Medium bodied with soft mouth feel. Yeasty doughy bread with hints of plum fruit and light hop spice.

Aftertaste:

Orange peel zesty notes emerge in a lightly spiced finish.
