Presented in a green oval bottle (a replica of a 1770 bottle) this golden ale is brewed with English Pale malts with Challenger and Goldings hops.

(09-May-13) Clear, coppery golden amber with quickly fading thin white head.
Nutty burnt top of crème brûlée with woody herbs and slight buttery diacetyl.
Creamy, fruity, malty nutty palate with caramel, mild earthy bitterness and slight smokiness.
Nutty toasty malty finish.
