This straight rye whisky (spelt without the ‘e’) is made for the Pennsylvanian market using a mash-bill of 65% rye, 23% corn and 12% malted barley.

Clear, mid golden.
Rye bread, rye bread dough and cedarwood with light varnish note and pleasing rye black pepper and cinnamon spice.
Faint oily mouth feel with distinct rye notes extending with creamy vanilla, gingerbread and chocolatey notes.
Long nutty bready rye with lingering nutmeg and cinnamon spice.
