Appearance:

(bottled 02-May-12, bbd 02-May-14) (Heavy sediment in bottle), pitch black with thin but retentive beige head and heavy lacing.

Aroma:

Earthy chocolate and mocha coffee ice-cream. Faint whiff of bonfire smoke and asphalt.

Taste:

Slightly smoky, fairly bitter, chocolate, mocha coffee and burnt toast with dried fruit.

Aftertaste:

Long lingering bitter chocolate and coffee.
