Appearance:
(bottled 22.05.12, bbd 22.09.12) Cloudy, coppery rusty amber with a wafer-thin white head.
Aroma:
Zesty citrus and a light dusting of cracked black pepper with fresh celery and the merest whiff of liquorice.
Taste:
Tart and bitter citrusy and lightly piney palate with pronounced grapefruit zestyness.
Aftertaste:
Lingering pine resin and grapefruit zest.
