Sampled on 25/06/2012

Appearance:

(bottled 30.05.12, bbd 30.09.12) Cloudy, coppery amber with a thin but retentive white head.

Aroma:

Cat pee, lemongrass, pine resin and ruby grapefruit zest.

Taste:

Dry, tart citrus zest - grapefruit, orange and lemon with pine resin and cut grass.

Aftertaste:

Dry and bitter with linger citrus zestyness.
