Appearance:

Clear, pale golden with thin white head and moderate lacing.

Aroma:

Lime zest, lime cordial, crystallised ginger and ginger root. Slight dungy earthy note.

Taste:

Balanced rather than dry with bitter lime and orange zest and lemongrass balanced by lime cordial-like sweetness. Ginger notes are slightly overwhelmed by limey citrus.

Aftertaste:

Lemongrass and lime zest with very mild lingering ginger heat and orange zest.
